Taipei (The China Post/ANN) - Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is set to enforce the new rule requiring migrant workers from four Southeast Asian countries to submit fingerprint records when applying for work visas to enter Taiwan beginning on March 1.
